Find the program Syncronization Service Manager on the windows menu and open it
In there you can see what status has completed-export-errors
click it and you can view more information about the errors
mine turned out to be a security permission issue on the AD user
Open AD Users and Computers
Click View>Advanced Features
right click on the user with the error and go to properties
click the security tab
click Advanced
Click Enable Inheritance then click ok past the warnings
