When you complete this you should have a Win 11 24H2 ISO file that does not check for 4GB RAM, TPM, Processor, or Secure Boot. This created ISO will also bypass MS online login requirement and instead will automatically create a local admin account called Owner.

You will need:

Open Rufus and select the Windows 11 ISO and then click Start

You will then be greeted with a windows user experience menu. I did the below options:

  • Remove requirement for 4GB+ RAM, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0
  • Remove requirement for an online MS account
  • Create a local account with username: Owner
  • Disable data collection
  • Disable BitLocker automatic device encryption

Click OK and when done you should have a USB flash drive with the needed files. I did not find any easy USB flash drive to ISO file options so instead I replaced the files in the Win 11 24H2 ISO files with the files from the flash drive. Here is how I did that.

Plug in the USB flash drive and copy all the files to a folder called Rufus Files

Open AnyBurn and click Edit image file

Select the Windows 11 24H2 ISO file and click Next

Highlight all the files and click Remove

Click the add button and browse to the Rufus Files folder from earlier and select all files and click Add

Click Next and type a new name for the ISO file then click Create Now

You now should have a bootable Windows 11 24H2 ISO file that bypasses checks and MS login. To test you can create a virtual machine and install!!
