This turned out to be an issue with an expired SSL certificate. After booting from the USB stick I opened terminal to change the time to an older date:
Command:
date 0115124517
After that command the date should be changed to jan 1 12:45 2017
If you connect to Wifi the time may update to the current time and we don’t want that
after install you can update to the correct time
