Manually Install .net Framework 3.5

Plug in a USB drive with the installation that matches your current OS. Then run this command in powershell (change drive letter):

DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:d:\sources\sxs
