Here is what to test for

LOCATIONREADINGTYPE OF TESTHOW
Video Input SocketContinuityContinuityTest each pin to make sure there is a good connection to the locations down circuit. My meter beeps when there is continuity.
Q1around .6 or .7 voltsDiodeFlat part facing you, red lead goes to center pin. Black lead goes to left or right pin for readings.
Q2around .6 or .7 voltsDiodeFlat part facing you, red lead goes to center pin. Black lead goes to left or right pin for readings.
Q3around .6 or .7 voltsDiodeFlat part facing you, red lead goes to center pin. Black lead goes to left or right pin for readings.
Q201 (On neck board)around .6 or .7 voltsDiodeFrom the back of the board the upper right pin will be the bridge, put the red lead there. Black lead to other pins for readings.
Q202 (On neck board)around .6 or .7 voltsDiodeFrom the back of the board the upper right pin will be the bridge, put the red lead there. Black lead to other pins for readings.
Q203 (On neck board)around .6 or .7 voltsDiodeFrom the back of the board the upper right pin will be the bridge, put the red lead there. Black lead to other pins for readings.
Red-Cut Off (VR201)around 2k ohmsContinuityTurn the POT dial all the way left or right and test each way. One lead on middle pin and the other lead to left or right to get readings
Red-Drive (VR202)around 200 ohmsContinuityTurn the POT dial all the way left or right and test each way. One lead on middle pin and the other lead to left or right to get readings
Green-Cut Off (VR203)around 2k ohmsContinuityTurn the POT dial all the way left or right and test each way. One lead on middle pin and the other lead to left or right to get readings
Green-Drive (VR204)around 200 ohmsContinuityTurn the POT dial all the way left or right and test each way. One lead on middle pin and the other lead to left or right to get readings
Blue-Cut Off (VR205)around 2k ohmsContinuityTurn the POT dial all the way left or right and test each way. One lead on middle pin and the other lead to left or right to get readings
Blue-Drive (VR206)around 200 ohmsContinuityTurn the POT dial all the way left or right and test each way. One lead on middle pin and the other lead to left or right to get readings
IC 1I don’t knowN/ANot sure how to test this but I replace it of all the other stuff is good. On pins 1 and 22 there needs to be a 223k capacitor. Should already be there.

Pictures of the neck board pots:

Here is what a lifted pad looks like on pin 1 of the video port. This is why red was not working.

More to come on this but this is all I have so far.
