This guy is great for troubleshooting these chassis: Mike’s Amateur Arcade Monitor Repair – YouTube
I had a couple boards that would constantly blow fuses. First get a resettable circuit breaker so you don’t go through lots of fuses. Here is what I got: NEW EATON/ HEINEMANN 2-AMP 2A KD1-2 PUSH RE-CIRK-IT PUSHBUTTON CIRCUIT BREAKER | eBay
Solder some wires with allegator clips and put in in place of the fuse while you test.

Make sure you get good Flybacks. I don’t buy those from eBay anymore instead I buy from here: You searched for k7000 flyback – Arcade Parts and Repair
You will need to replace the Flyback if it has cracks or damage. Here is a cracked flyback:

Next you will want to check all the below areas with a multimeter
| LOCATION | READING | TYPE OF TEST | HOW |
| D13 | around .5 volts is good | Diode | Negative lead goes to stripe side of diode |
| D14 | around .5 volts is good | Diode | Negative lead goes to stripe side of diode |
| D18 | around .5 volts is good | Diode | Negative lead goes to stripe side of diode |
| D19 | around .5 volts is good | Diode | Negative lead goes to stripe side of diode |
| D20 | around .5 volts is good | Diode | Negative lead goes to stripe side of diode |
| D21 | around .5 volts is good | Diode | Negative lead goes to stripe side of diode |
| D22 | around .5 volts is good | Diode | Negative lead goes to stripe side of diode |
| D23 | around .5 volts is good | Diode | Negative lead goes to stripe side of diode |
| D24 | around .5 volts is good | Diode | Negative lead goes to stripe side of diode |
| R89 | around 3.9k ohms | Auto setting on my meter for resistors (ohms) | Black lead to one side and red lead to other side |
| R97 | around 290 ohms | Auto setting on my meter for resistors (ohms) | Black lead to one side and red lead to other side |
| R101 | around 5k ohms | Auto setting on my meter for resistors (ohms) | Black lead to one side and red lead to other side |
| R103 | around 2.7k-3k ohms | Auto setting on my meter for resistors (ohms) | This resistor is standing up. Test the very top lead and the very bottom inner lead |
| R104 | around 15 ohms | Auto setting on my meter for resistors (ohms) | Black lead to one side and red lead to other side |
| C36 | around .5 volts | Diode | This capacitor has 4 legs, and I read them diagonally |
| C38 | I am unsure what this should read but possibly around .5 volts | Diode? | Black lead to one side and red lead to other side |
| H.O.T. (Near the flyback screwed to the metal. Has 2SD1398 printed on the chip) | around .5 volts | Diode | Put the black lead on the middle pin and touch the left or right pin to get readings |
| Voltage Regulator in the corner near the fuse holder | around .5 volts | Diode | 30130: black lead to pin 3 and red lead to pin 4 3123: black lead to pin 1 and red lead to pin 4 Note: you can follow the blue and red wire to the resistor mounted vertical to get the readings too |
The above chart is a draft I am coming up with so let me know if anything is incorrect so I can update it.
